Shipping:

1.Inquiry & Quotation Send us an inquiry including item number, color, size and quantity via email, message or Trade manager. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.

2. Provide samples If you need samples of items before making a purchase, we can provide you free samples. However, you should pay for the freight.

3. Place an order you may place an order by sending us your order via email.

4. Confirm PI after we receive the order, PI will be sent for you to confirm.

5. Production  :  We will start the production after the PI is confirmed.

6. Make a payment :   Payment can be made via T/T, Western Union, PayPal or Escrow.

7. Shipment :  Goods will be shipped after we received the payment.

8. After-sales service Feel free to let us know if there are any questions with the product.

1. Are there more colors available?
Yes,of course,but we suggest you use our normal colors for first trial order,it is good for lead time if you want to test quality quickly.
 
2.How can you guarantee the quality?
We have well-trained and professional workers and strict QC system in each production link. And each product has to be 100% inspected before shipment.

3.Can get free samples?

Yes, we offer free samples, but freight by your own

4.Can I make my own design products?
