2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. For printed samples, we will charge $50-$200 to cover the cost on film&printing. The sample cost can be refunded after the order confirmed.
3. What kind of files do you accept for printing?
AI, PDF, CDR, etc.
4. Can you do the design for us?
Yes, We have a professional team having rich experience in paper box, design and manufacturing.Just tell us your idea, we will help to carry out your idea into perfect boxes.
5. How long can I expect to get the samples?
The samples will be ready in 3-7days after sample fee received and artwork confirmed. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days.
6. What about the lead time for mass production?
It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally 7-15days for about 10000pcs.
7. What is your terms of delivery?
