Exothermic welding - steps
1, will die with conductor cleaning and drying;
2, connect to a conductor in the mould clamping, without gap;

The exothermic welding - use considerations
Before operation, construction, must make the pledge that we shall be weldments no dirt, inside the cavity and cavity die of molten great time left at welding welding slag block or welding slag powder.
Before the operation, must use the spray torch gas burner (or) drying by welding parts and casting, make it as far as possible do not contain water.

The exothermic welding - mold and the mold to the point

3, check the mold interface fit to prevent copper liquid leakage from the gap when working out.
4, mold clamp is used for opening and closing the mold, mold clamp close degree to influence the effect of welding, welding, please check carefully before started mold clamp, and make appropriate adjustment.Adjustment method is as follows: (a) the mold clamp in the open state (b) loosen the mold clamp fixed bolt lock (c) remove the fixed bolt (d) 5, adjusting screw, counterclockwise (loose) (e) inserted into the fixed bolt and lock (f), combining a model to observe the effect
6, installation, adjusting mold clamp, will die clamp fit with the mold fit to adjust to the best state;
7, exothermic welding mould made of graphite, is very fragile, cannot afford to throw and impact strength, should not speak more than mold plate as shown in the size of the welding material forced into the mold, or the use of metal material, hard tools to clean up scraps;
8, if the weld is smaller than the size of the mould plate, as shown in the following measures to avoid leakage of copper liquid cover (a) using the appropriate thickness of the copper sleeve (2) the use of copper or copper strip (3) use Sealant (4) use cotton of high temperature zone;
9, graphite mould according to the above steps and maintenance, service life can reach more than 50-100 times;
