4) Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
Our factories are located in Yuzhou,Henan, that is one of the biggest ceramic manufacturing base in China, it takes about 2 hours from Zhengzhou Airport to the factory. We will pick you up at airport and then driving you to our factory.

5)How can I get a sample to check your quality?
If you have freight collect express account such as UPS, Fedex, DHL etc. we can send the free samples to you by collect .

6)How long can I expect the sample?
We are supplying Free samples, and Usually 7-14 days to prepare the samples.

7)What is the lead time for mass production?
our Delivery time / Lead time is usually about 45 days after we get the deposit or confirmed L/C.

9)How does your factory do regarding quality control?
about Quality control, there is one QC man at each team when producing at each step, if there are any failed products, they just throw them out of the producing line. At the same time, our company also have our own QC inspectors who are working in our factories. They inspect each orders’ producing with the International rules and customers’ requests from material to final finished packed goods till they are loaded into the container. So you can be assured of the quality.
