OUR HISTORY

The XIMULA team had started out more than a decade ago with the mission to come up with a design that is durable, flexible, easy to assemble, compacted packaging, and more important, elegant and timeless. After numerous returns to the drawing board, we are finally able to introduce XIMULA to the world.

The XIMULA system is a unique form of furniture that offers unlimited design possibilities. We believe that furniture creativity is only bounded by our mindset, thus, even if we have been in the market for more than a decade but we have never stop learning.

1. Q: What’s kind of a company we are? 

A: Zhaplin is a customized furniture manufacturing company, specializing in new and innovative storage and display system, utilizing mainly aluminum for joinery and decorative finishes, supplying high quality finished products and accessories.

For more than ten years, Zhaplin Group of Companies and its subsidiaries have been dedicated in providing quality interior products and various wardrobe systems that cater to the need of contemporary homes and commercial buildings.

2. Q: How about the payment term?

A: We accept payment via T/T and we will export only upon full payment. Partial payment for order confirmation is negotiable.

3. Q: How can I get some samples?

A: We are glad to send our samples to you, feel free to contact us on which samples you need.

4. Q: How long you can deliver the goods?

A: As our products are made to order, it would depend on the design, quantity, and mode of shipment. The order usually takes 1 month, from confirmation of order to releasing the products from our factory.

5. Q: Are the delivery fee and insurance include in it?

A: No, our prices are based on either FOB or ExWork.

6. Q: How about the rate validity?

A: Validity of these prices is 30 days. Prices listed are in USD. Payment in other currency is negotiable, exchange rate to be determined as per date of payment.

A: Please let us know the design and configuration you have in mind. We accept drawings and any helpful materials that can improve our mutual understanding. We can assist with the design if you can provide us with the dimensions of the space and location.
