Q1. How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?
A:Once you have submitted the order, it will normally take (1-2) working days for us to process the order. Usually 10-15 days for one 20ft container( nearly 850 sqm goods), this time can be reduced to 7 days if the order is regular, so that we could arrange the product works in advance.
Q2. What should I do if the items were damaged upon receipt?
A: You need to inform us immediately upon receipt of shipment. Once you noted the product was damaged during shipment, we may require the item to be sent back to us or have the picture of the damaged item to be reviewed before we send out a new replacement or issue a refund.
Q3. Is it easy to install WPC products?
A: It is very easy and convenient to install due to it is the profile with standard size, it only need some cropping and necessary appendix to finish the installation, need no further processing.
Q4: How to install WPC products?
A: Generally, it should install keel first. Fix the WPC board on the keel using nail gun, and then plug another WPC board. One after another till the installation is finished.

Q6: Do WPC products need painting? What color can you provide?
A: As the difference with the wood, WPC products themselves own color, they need not extra painting. Generally, we provide 7 main colors as Teak, chocolate, ricewhite, red wood, coffee, light grey, black. And also, we can make special color per your request.
Q7.Can I mix 2 colors in one order?
A: Yes you can! But if the quantity less than 100sqm for one color, we have to charge extra set-up fee. We're a direct factory and the more colors we choose, the more cost including materials and labor we have to add, we have to control the product cost and hope customer can understand this.
Q8. Compared to real wood, what are the advantages of WPC?
A: Shortly speaking, WPC not only has better mechanical properties, weathering resistance, color fastening, chemical stability and low heavy metal content, but also is water-proof.
Q9. Will WPC fade because of weathering?
A: Unlike real wood, our products have great color fastening performance. The color will just fade a little at the beginning of three months, and then the color will become very stable for later application.
