A: There is professional design engineers to service for your idea,then it will be on our production line asap once drawing or design /confirm/ied. Few days later, it will wonderfully appear in your sight.
2. Q: When can I get the quotation?
A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent, pls call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
3. Q: Can I get a lower price if I order large quantities?
A: Yes, cheaper prices with more orders.
4. Q: Why most of your products are not in stock?
A: Most of our products are customized ,and we have making a non-disclosure agreement with our customers. We can't sell the same products to other customers any more. Therefore, after delivery we just left several samples for display.
5. Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A: After price /confirm/ied, you can require for samples to check our quality. Due to the samples need special production schedule, therefore, we need to charge you 3 times sample fee first. And the sample is the first step of our cooperation. Surely additional sample charge will be totally refund when order is /confirm/ied.
6. Q: When will you ship my order?
A: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity. Normally 7~ 18 working days after receiving your payment, but it can be negotiated based on order qty and production schedule.
