Rock vibrating feeder is a kind of linear direction feeding equipment. Vibrating rock feeder is used to transfer the large size materials and granular materials from hopper to receiving device uniformly, periodically and continuously in the production flow and to feed materials into the crusher continuously and uniformly also to screen the materials in the sandstone production line.

Rock vibrating feeder is widely used to match the crushing and sieving equipments in many industries including metallurgy, coal mine, mineral dressing, building material, chemical, grinding, etc. Vibrating feeding machine will be generally installed in front of the primary crusher, conveys big blocks continuously and evenly while removing the dirt and impurities by screen bars.

Working Principle
This vibrating feeder adopts an eccentric block to produce centrifugal force which makes the movable parts like screen box and vibrator move continuously in a circle or an approximate circle. The material then vibrates and jumps with the screen box on the tilted screen and is then continuously and equably discharged.
