Main features
l  Conveyor stability: Conveyor adopt HT50997 plastic chain , with high strength ,heat proof ,water permeability and stable transportation .Main drive adopt the continuous variable transition , easy to change the transportation speed and adjust the speed in a certain range .
l  Open structure design: The main structure adopts the open frame, it's easy to open and clean the tops and two side and convenient for the observation during production and maintenance.
l  Shower with easy maintenance :Simple shower pipe structure with big Nozzle ,applicable for the large flow shower .Square pipeδ=1mm 35×3,every 200mm, open 12x8 hole ,bend a slanted block to guide the flow .Which avoid equip with nozzles , easy cleaning without any block .
l  Control system and pasteurizer connection: When the constant temperature zone (62ºC)less than 60ºC, the main drive stop 
l  Water pump and control system connection: Only when the water pump stars ,the control system starts
l  The hot temperature zone is not in the 65ºC±2ºC,flight light alarm
l  When the can out chain stops , the hot temperature zone (65ºC)and satirizing zone (62ºC)reduce to 58ºC automatically .
l  Temperature control system: water in pipe, steam pipe, water level, and temperature recycle pipe
