Manufacturing Process Description
Our oxygen generating machines perform as per the below given manufacturing process:
Air Compression: We employ state of the art and fully Automatic Air Compressor of Atlas Copco for air compression. The features of the compressor include:
· Air cooled design
· Low maintenance
· Rotary screw design
· Noise less than 75 DB
· No civil foundation
Air Purification: The air lets passes through a number of stages in the process to eliminate the impurities available for instance dust, hydrocarbons and Carbon Dioxide. We employ latest molecular sieve from Zeochem of Switzerland to remove CO2.
Air Separation: The air separation process uses A Grade cold box for generating premium quality oxygen and nitrogen useful for medical and industrial usage.
Oxygen Compression & Cylinder Filling: Liquid Oxygen pumping system is employed in the process to fill in cylinders with highly purified oxygen with pressure of 150 to 200 Bar as per the need of the clients.

once our supplied plants reach the destination country, we send our certified and experienced engineers to set up and commission the machine at nominal costs. Thereafter, they also provide training and give instructions to the operations as per the user manual guide accompanying the plant.
