The difference between these equipments and general steel structures is

(1) this type of equipment is more complicated, and most welds can only performed manually, so the requirement for workers’ ability, especially for welders’ ability, is very strict;

(2) most components are bolted connection, so the requirement of the dimension, especially the connected holes on the interface, is very strict. The equipment production standards include AWS, ASME, and EN etc.

PROJECT DISPLAY:VERTICAL EXHAUST FLUE/STACK

     Exhausts are a key part of the gas turbine and reciprocating engine acoustic packages, handling hot gases from the turbine or engine and routing to atmosphere. A well configured exhaust duct will have minimal in-duct pressure losses while providing the necessary acoustic attenuation to meet customer noise requirements.

    (1) All of welder who are going to take part in the structural steel welding ,must participate in the exam of welder qualification test according to the welder standard made by ourcompany, anyone who pass the test ,can get the chance to work formally.

(2)Welding process standard/ procedure qualification record due to the difference of welding material, types, and the thickness of steel plate, the number of procedure qualification is disparate on the basis of AWSD1.1-2006.
