Sample shipping:

For sample order, we usually delivery by express, such as DHL, FedEX, UPS, TNT and EMS. You can get the samples within one week.

Bulk order shipping:

For final order, we can do air transfer and ocean shipping. It depends on your quantities and your requirements. We have our cooperated forwarder company, you can only tell us your destination seaport so that we can calculate the shipping cost for you. If you have your own shipping agent, please tell us which seaport you need to ship in China,so we can send goods to your designated place.

1.Is it possible to get a sample for looking quality or get it free?
You need to pay sample fee and shipping cost ,and than we will refund you when orders more than 300 pairs.
2.How many days will cost in delivering?
Sample:5-10 days after receiving payment.
Bulk order:15-30 days after receiving 30%-50% deposit.
3. Can you offer me discount?
Yes we can give customers discount when placing the reorder.

4. Could I use my own brand?
Yes we can make all shoes with your own logo.
5. How can I make payment ?
The L/C,T/C,Western union,Paypal,Assurance payment ,Bank account are available,you can choose what

you like. Please note the L/C,the total money amount should be above 50000 USD.most of time,T/T is very

popular , paypal will cost you 5% commission charge, and the Western Union and assurance payment is

much more convenient for you.

6. What’s the return process                    

a.Please note that we only accept return and refund for quality issue,not including any man-made damage after using
b.Pls contact us with pictures within 3 days after you receive the order if any damage.
c.Pls comfirm that the return items are with original packing, labels,dust bags, no wash and no dirty.
d.Buyer will responsible for the shipping cost of returned goods.
e.We will deal with your problems within 3 days after you sending us the message.
