The fan here is an axial flow type ventilator, but it has a 360-degree swirl turbin air ventilation structure to guarantee no backward air flow from the exterior:

The fan motor engine is connected with solar panel & AC/DC power adapter, 2 circuits, and it will run immediately once sunlight is available. Magically, as long as sunlight is sufficiently there, AC/DC power adapter will not supply power, which means AC/DC power adapter will not consume grid electricity when solar panel is working!
