Working Theory
1. Combination of two working modes: smart scroll filter with natural cooling system and the compressor refrigeration system.
2. Using the temperature differences of internal and external environment, it directly exchanges the outside fresh & cold air into the industrial computer or machine room. That is to say: when the indoor temperature is higher than that of outdoors, the smart scroll filter will help the fresh & cold air to come into the room by sending the indoor hot air out. This is so-called natural cooling method/system, which means that it works depending on the smart scroll filter instead of the air condition compressor. It reduces refrigeration consumption, which can provide an air circulation, air filtration and cooling control----Room Energy Saving Function.
3.When the outdoor temperature is higher than that of indoors, it will work as an air conditioning based on the air condition compressor.

Features of the Energy-Saving Air Conditioner

A: The Company has independent intellectual property rights using scroll filter
The company's self-developed controller, use pressure switch collecting the pressure value of scroll filter's frontend and scroll filter's back end, when the pressure difference is greater than the set value, indicates the filtration cotton has clogged, need to be replaced. Filter device according to the controller command automatically replace filtration cotton (a roll of filtration cotton can be replaced 10 times the average). The clogged filtration cotton can be cleaned and then re-use. Unattended while the engine room, the automatic replacement of filter cotton also saves a lot of manpower and material resources.
