Working Mode
1. Heat exchanger integrated air conditioner has two operating modes: refrigeration mode (compressor cycle) and the heat exchanger mode(heat pipe cycle).
2. Through collecting the indoor and outdoor temperature, the system chooses to run in refrigeration mode or heat pipe mode in order to ensure the indoor cooling requirements under the premise to achieve energy-saving operation objectives.
3. The working principle of the two modes described as below.
3.1 Refrigeration mode---The heat exchanger droved by compressor, the compressor drive motor will consume a lot of power, in order to ensure the effect of heat transfer, the evaporator and condenser fans usually operate at full speed , both will also consume a certain amount of power, refrigeration mode so that the input power is relatively large, high energy consumption.
3.2 Heat pipe mode---The entire energy consumption only for the evaporator and condenser fans , because the compressor is not in operation, compared to the refrigeration mode, the consumption of heat pipe mode reduce by 80% around.
