 We, as buying/sourcing Agent, will perform any or all of the following services to the extent necessary to make Buyer’s purchase successful in Vietnam:

5.     ASSISTANCE IN BUYER’S VISITS

6.     TRADING PARTNER

The core principle is transparent, uncompromised and exclusively independent from Suppliers. We share all supplier information with clients with total transparency. All interactions with suppliers are documented and are available to be audited at any time. As sourcing/ buying Agent, we are obliged to source the best manufacturers, not promote any factories. We entirely focus on achieving our clients' objectives and improving their procurement performance.

 HOW TO MAKE THE SOURCING PROCESS FAST & SUCCESSFUL?

-          Be clear about budget (for promotion, for high end sales or cheap market sales) and/or quality criteria. Buyer can give target price, then we work out best options in terms of quality and delivery terms; or Buyer give quality standards with detailed technical specifications: artworks, fabric, sewing, printing, embroidery, finishing, packing,.. and/or real samples, we will work out the best price and terms. Giving just the name of products without specific details and/or target price, the quotation process would take time and cost.

-          Be cooperative with us on RFQ process with daily communication to ensure the quotations and samples would be made exactly for your needs.
