      A:We can supply 1% control box for free, and 1year guarantee for motor.

(5) Q:Can I change motor plug and pulley size ?
      A:Yes,of course. only if u noted us when confirming the order.

(6) Q:How many quantity can make my own brand and packing carton box ?
      A:200sets needed

(7) Q: Can u issue Embassy certification?
      A:Yes,we can get any documents,like COC for Saudi Arabia, documents for Embassy certification.
     Just need to confirm with us when discussing.

(8) Q: What is your terms of payment ?
      A: Payment<=10000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=10000USD, 30% in advance ,balance before         shippment or based on BL copy. We can also accept LC.

(9) Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
      A: Yes, we could offer the sample, but u should pay the sample charge and courier charge.

(10) Q: Do Your motor be installed same as we fix clutch motor ?
        A:Yes,totally same. Our servo motor is the replacer of clutch motors.

(11) Q: The weather is very hot in my country, your motor would not go burning ?
        A: Our motor has past high temperature testing . Motor works fine under hot weather condition.
        Moreover,we have exported many motors to the hot countries ,like Pakistan, India, Bangladesh ,Dubai           and so on. No one went burning.

(12) Q:Can your motor works under poor power network?
        A: Yes,our motor can worked in 140-260v voltage.
