HDPE (High Density Polystyrene)

HDPE is a high crystallinity, non-polar thermpolastic resin. High density polyethylene is a white powder granular product, non-toxic, odorless, density in the range of 0.940-0.976/cm3, crystallinity of 80% to 90%, softening point of 125-135 degree, the use of temperature up to 100 degree, the melting temperature of 120-160 degree, the larger molecules of the material, the proposed melting temperature range between 200-250 degree. It has good heat resistance and cold resistance, chemical stability, but also has a high rigidity and toughness, good mechanical strength. Dielectric properies, resitance to environmental stress cracking is also better. Hardness, tensile strength and creep better than low density polyethylene; wear resistance, electrical insulation, toughness and cold resistance are better.
