Groundnut/Peanut Decorticator/Peanut Shelling Machine/Peanut Sheller

The machines are used for shelling the hard cover to get the peanut seeds and its hard cover, the seeds is used for the food or the raw materials for the oil plant; the cover could be pelleted for the fuel.

1.The electric motor must use cable more than 4 square, the electric wires is too thin, too long or connected unstable will result in low voltage and underpowered, and even burn the motor.

2.Operate the machine at spacious and flat place, uneven ground will affect the  screening quality. 

3.Chose feed inlet and waiting for peanut in the roller shelled before turn off the machine, in case belt slipping when you use it next time.

4.Equipped with three size sifter to suit for different sized peanut

5.Chose the handle at peanut kernel outlet to stop peanut kernel come out before first time using, and open it until peanut fruit covered all over the gravity sieve and the peanut kernel covered 1/2 the separating sieve. And in order to avoid peanut kernel mixed up with peanut sheller and peanut peanut fruit, remember to adjust the peanut kernel outlet opening, and keep the separating sieve bottom not show up.

Attention:

1.Operate the machine at spacious and flat place.

2.Choose suitable sifter according to the size of unhulled peanut

3.Do not put your hands in electric motor, blower, shield or deeper feed inlet while the machine is working.

4.The width of feed inlet is generally at 3.5 cm(can be adjusted according different size of peanut), and the feed speed need to keep uniform while it’s working.

5.The broken rate will go up if unhulled peanut is too dry, if so sprinkle water at the peanut shell and placed a few hours will be better.
