Cooking & Serving Suggestion:
This kind of noodle could be cooked from their fresh (moist ) or dry forms .They are generally boiled in water and then served with sauce or other accompaniments ,or served in soup ,often with meat and other ingredients ,the taste will be amazingly different to your tongue .Unlike many Western noodles and pastas ,it do not require much salt to the liquid in which they are boiled. And it cook very quickly ,usually requiring less than 5 minutes .Just very easy !
