SG-3000-2DD  laminating machine  is a professional equipment to produce laminated glass without autoclave. It is able to produce various laminated glass thanks to the advantages of this machine and specific film. You can insert silk, paper, plastic film, metal mesh, fabrics into normal glass sheets by using the EVA film, PDLC film SGP film in order to produce decorative and functional laminated glass. It can laminate both flat glass sheet and curved glass sheet.

The laminating oven including laminating furnace , PLC control cabinet , four vacuum beds , four vacuum bags and one vacuum pump

	1 Equipped with Siemens PLC control system ,all the parameters can set by touch screen , so the operation for the machine is very easy .
	2 Adopt Vacuum pumps with German brands to ensure a sufficient degree of vacuum
	3 The vacuum bed with strengthen steel for heavy glass, which allow to have a full loading of 50 mm thickness of glass, it is able to produce both the single piece or multi pieces by means of different combination, so that the production capacity would be incresed for double or triple.
	4 Adopt 3mm vacuum bags ,it has a good sealing, to ensure the quality of the glass after processing.

Applied with far-infrared for heating  the heating tubes placed in horizontal direction, which means to be parallel with glass sheet. In this case, it can heat glass sheets to the target temperature quickly and uniformly, to save a lot of time and 30% power consumption. What is more the furnace door would be opened or closed by pneumatic or electricity power.

As to adopt Siemens PLC control system .so all the parameters can be easily and directly set through finger touch. the temperature would be regulated by means of changing the value of voltage, so that it can have accurate temperature control.

Re: Our furnace is very easy to operate. The furnace will work automatically after you set the parameters through the touch screen. We send you operating manual with the furnace, or sending engineer to stallation for you if needed, charge 150USD/people/day.

Q: How many steps yourmachines can do?
