Description
SG-3000-1DD EVA glass laminating machine is a professional equipment to produce laminated glass without autoclave. It is able to produce various laminated glass thanks to the advantages of this machine and specific film. You can insert silk, paper, plastic film, metal mesh, fabrics PDLC film SGP film into normal glass sheets by using the EVA film, in order to produce decorative and functional laminated glass.

1.Adopt PLC control system
2.With Schneider electronics, Siemens PLC, all the parameters are set by touch screen.
3.Temperature is controlled and adjusted accurately by PID signal, and each heating group can be
controlled independently.
4.Adopt hot air heating by heating tube, to make sure uniform heating.
5.Optional for power source for door's open: Electricity or Gas.
6.Special design of double work station to shorten 40% production cycle time.
7.High quality Germany Busch vacuum pump to supply high vacuum degree.
8.High quality vacuum bag, usually it can use more than 3 years in right operation.
Adopt Card slot sealing, which has a better effect.
9.Available with interlayer of EVA film, EN film, EVA safety film, PVG film, TPU film, PDLC film, PET film ,Silk etc.
