GCW series double stages gearbox of gear-worm adopts the mechanical standards JB/T7008-1993 type of ZC1 double worm gear device, is JINXIANG cylindrical worm reducer and hard tooth surface gear reducer combination, with large transmission ratio, large carrying capacity, high transmission efficiency, reliable operation, long service life, etc. Applicable to the metallurgical, mining, lifting, transportation, chemical industry, construction, building materials, light industry, etc.
The reducer working conditions shall meet the following requirements:

• The highest input shaft speed is not more than 1500 r/min.
• Working environment temperature is 40 ~ + 40 ºC. When the environment temperature is lower than 0 ºC, lubricating oil must be heated to above 0 ºC before starting or lubricating oil with low freezing point. When the working environment temperature is higher than 40 ºC, heat insulation and cooling measures must be taken.
• To operate forward and reverse.
