Description
The fibers, either of singlemode or multimode type, are placed in a loose tube made of a high modulus
plastic. The tubes are filles with a water-resistant filling compound. A piece of FIber Reinforce Plastic (FRP)
locates in the center of core as a non-metallic strength member. The tubes (and fillers) are stranded around
the strength member into a compound and circular cable core. An Aluminum Pokyethylene Laminate (APL) is
applied around the cable core, which is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress. Then
the cable core is covered with a thin PE inner sheath and the cable is completed with a PE outer sheath.
Featues
1. Two parallel steel wires ensure tensile strength.
2. PSP enhancesthe cable crush resistance, impact resistance and moisure-proof.
3. Accurate fiber excess length ensures good mechanical and temperature performance.
4. Specially designed compact structure is good at preventing loose tubes from shrinking.
5. High strength loose tube is hydrolysis resistant and special tube that is filling compound ensure a
critical protection of fiber
6. Small diameter, light weight and easy to be installed.
7. Crush resistance and flexibility.
Application
Adopted to Outdoor Direct Buried, Aerial, Duct installation
Access network and Local Networking in high electromagnetic interfering places
