Azelaic acid powder, commonly known as rhododendron acid, is white to yellowish monoclinic, needle like crystal or powder. Used as plasticizer and used in alkyd resin, lacquer and chemical synthesis. It can be used in dermatology plaster with skin lightening and whitening function.

1.Azelaic acid powder is used to treat mild to moderate acne, both comedonal acne and inflammatory acne.
