Working principle

Tubular centrifuge is a high-speed centrifuge, separation capability is strong, the fuselage, transmission gear, drum, catch tray into the liquid of bearing seat, the upper drum is a flexible shaft, the lower is the damping floating bearing, spindle by the connecting block buffer with passive wheel, motor through a transmission belt, tension wheel pass power to passive wheel, so that the drum around its own axis high-speed rotation, formed a strong centrifugal force field, the material from the bottom of the liquid into the mouth, centrifugal force fluid flow upward along the drum wall, and layer because of the density difference between the different components of material liquid.

GF series:

It is mainly used for various industrial emulsions which are very difficult to separation and are especially suitable for liquid- liquid suspension with small specific gravity difference between solid phase and liquid , and liquid-liquid-solid separation with few impurities.

GQ series:

It is mainly used for various industrial suspension which is difficult to separate, especially suitable for suspension with low concentration and fine grains, small specific gravity difference of between solid phase and liquid phase.
