Single-row cylindrical Cross roller bearings are available in six primary designs. Inside and outside ring configurations vary to accommodate different application designs.

NU (RIU, RU) - NU type is the most popular in our line-up, with the separable inner ring and the cage and roller complement mounted to the outer ring. No thrust capacity.

N (RIN, RN) N-type cylindrical bearing consists of two integral ribs on the inner ring that retain the rollers and cage. No thrust capacity.

NJ (RIJ, RJ) NJ-type bearing supports heavy radial loads and has the ability to carry light, unidirectional thrust loads that are up to 10 percent of the radial load. Features two integral ribs on the outer ring and a single rib on the inner ring.

NF (RIF, RF) NF type is able to carry incidental thrust loads, this bearing type features two integral ribs on the inner ring and a single rib on the outer ring.

NP (RIT, RT) NP type is able to carry incidental thrust loads in both directions, and may be used with a type RN or RU to accommodate axial expansion and contraction. Two integral ribs on inner ring, one integral rib on outer ring.

NUP (RIP, RP) NUP type can carry light thrust loads in both directions and may be used with a type RN or RU to accommodate axial expansion and contraction. Two integral ribs on outer ring, one integral rib on inner ring.
