Fresh Ginger is the fresh rhizome of Zingiberis officinale Rosc., Zingiberaceae. The herbal medicine is collected in autumn and winter, removed from fibrous root and soil.

Description:

In irregular pieces, with finger –like branches, 18-25cm long, 3-5 cm in diameter. Externally yellowish-brown or greyish-brown, ringed, the top of each branch exhibiting a stem scar or buds. Texture fragile, easily broken, fracture pale yellow, with a well-marked endodermis ring and scattered vascular bundles. Odour, aromatic and characteristic, taste, pungent.

To provide a stable quantity of raw material of Fresh Ginger, serve domestic demand and exports, since 2014 THB Co., Ltd has cooperated with farmers to grow regional construction materials of Ginger in Quang Ninh, Thanh Hoa, Hoa Binh, Thai Nguyen...
