We provide a total solution services within private label and contract OEM/ODM Manufacturing. Also, we offer complete product knowledge, selling point, training, marketing campaign, and strategy to assist you successfully launch brand.

Do you manufacture custom formulations?

TENART happens to be the skin care expert in the industry and with no doubt we provide the most support to meet all your expectations. Research and development is our strength. Therefore, we are good at formulation with newest, most eco-friendly, and most trendy ingredients, textures, and materials. We customize unique product line from research and development formulation, product and packaging selection, graphic design, testing and manufacturing.

Do you carry any up-to-date ingredients?

Yes, we have a professional Research and Development team who consistently searching for newest, up-to-date, and functional ingredients which can definitely fulfill different types of formulations and demands.

Do you have standard private label formulas I can purchase?

Yes, besides creating new formulation for clients we can also provide standard private label formulas. Utilizing over 28 countries’ OEM experiences provide us a great acknowledge on each market trend and product stability. Moreover, we continually update formulations and functionalities according to each region, climate, target audience, and selling channel.

What are your prices?

Our clients are from varieties of distributions such as spa, salon, drugstore, television, department store, clinic, and hospital. Therefore, price may vary depends on clients' requests such as printing, packaging, or designing, and selling channel…etc. Our strength is to manage cost according to client’s channel in order to let them enter market and gain profit rapidly.

What are your MOQs?

MOQ depends on each category of product since we cover a wide range of skin care products including head to toe products such as body wash, makeup remover, cleanser, toner, serum, lotion, cream, and masks…etc. In the meantime, we accept small order to help you test market at first.

What are your lead-times?

It takes around 30-45 days of production time once the order and design are /confirm/ied.

Do you formulate with natural, organic ingredients?

We are free from paraben, mineral oil, alcohol, and animal ingredient free. Moreover, all ingredients are met with EU, US FDA regulations and standards. All ingredients we use are natural and safe for human and environment.

Are your products tested on animals?

NO...TENART does not test our finished products on animals. We love our furry friends and would never want to hurt them. We are cruelty free.

Where are you products manufactured?

Currently, we own three factories which are located in Taiwan, USA, and China. Majorly all products are manufactured in Taiwan. However, we can also manufacture products within two other factories in response to the needs of different market’s trend or demand.

Can you replicate another established product?

We can create similar products in ingredients, packaging, or design as reference with another established product.

Do you make products for pharmaceutical skin care?

Yes, we make products for pharmaceutical skin care. We cover complete range of functions from anti-aging, anti-oxidant, anti-wrinkle, firming, brightening, hydration, anti-acne, and repairing…etc. Most importantly that we have past SGS human 72 hours patch allergy test which ensure all product are hypoallergenic and suitable for all sort of skin type, especially sensitive skin.

Can I add ingredients to your finished products?

Yes, we can add requests ingredients in formulas or we can adjust according to demand.

Do you provide design service?

Yes, we provide design service which we can create and provide design for clients or we can use client’s design for private label. We can provide design for your company which is suitable for your online presence, store, or any selling channel. We can also include flyers, brochures, and advertising banners with finished products if needed.

Can you help me manage PIF, Chinese import license, or HALAL certification products?

Yes, we have experiences on applying for PIF and Chinese import license for our clients. Also, our factory is Halal certified and we can assist you to apply for halal product certification. Generally, we will include COA, MSDS, ingredient list, and all related documents within shipment but we can also assist to provide needed documents for samples for applying for any national or international certificates.

Do you have the experience to Russia?

Yes, we have OEM experiences in over 28 countries such as in Americas, Asia, and Europe countries including Russia.

Do you have packaging availability?

We have varieties of selections on packaging for client’s options. Also, if you have any preferred brand or packaging then we can always support to outsource similar packaging to meet your anticipation.

Can you do custom modules or bottles?

Yes, we provide OEM services including customized modules or bottles to ensure you'll find the exact design you want to create.

If I don’t have a logo, can you create one for me?

Absolutely! We have a professional design department which we can create logos using your ideas as a basis, or come up with our own unique concepts.

Do you offer free samples before bulk ordering?

Yes, we can definitely provide free samples for testing before bulk ordering.

Can I buy small quantity of your products?

We understand that it would be nice to try a small quantity at first to test the acceptance of customers. However, there would be MOQ to meet for each product sku.

What is the payment term?

The payment term is 50% prepaid when order confirmed and the balance T/T before delivery for OEM orders.

I distribute in other countries, Can you help me manage the exporting certificates and regulation compliance?

TENART has been in cosmetic industry for over 20 years and we have assisted clients from over 28 countries. Therefore, we are familiar with all import regulations and our products met EU and US FDA standards.

What information must appear on the labels?

It depends on each country’s requirement but product name, capacity, ingredients list, shelf life, and manufacturing date are required.
