JQX provides 12 months warranty for the mobile phone parts, and 3 months warranty for mobile accessories.

01. What payment terms are available?
JQX accept the payment by: T/T, Western Union, Money Gram, Paypal and Cash,any other question, please don't hesitate to contact our business representative.
02. How to deal with the bank fee of the payment?
Costs incurred in the purchaser's bank,shall be borne by the buyer;costs incurred in supplier's bank,is to be borne by the supplier.
Shipment
01. How long will it take to deliver goods?
We will start preparing goods upon receipt of buyers’T/T copy. After receiving your full payment,we will deliver the goods within the deadline which both parties agreed.
02. How about the package for the products?
JQX packing or customized packing.
03. How to choose the best transport method for the products?
A. Spare parts:suggest express delivery like DHL,UPS,FedEx,TNT and EMS,JQX enjoys very good discount.If customers have their own shipping account,transportation fee is paid by such accounts are also welcomed.
B. For big order,we will arrange to ship by air or by sea.
Risk Control
01. How to deal with the damaged goods in transportation?
If the product problem is caused by us, such as the products get missing, the products were sent to wrong place, JQX would compensate for all.
02. How to deal with Customs clearance problems?
If the problem appears in our Customs, we’ll be responsible, if it appears in clients’, we’ll try our best to cooperate with customs to solve the problem, such as offering the clearance document and other things we can do.
03. What conditions should be considered to return goods.
A. Goods were delivered by JQX.
B. Goods are within warranty.
04. How long will JQX take to deal with the returned goods?
JQX will provide the first feedback within 5 working days.
Warm Tips:
Mobile phone parts must pack as originally delivered, original label must not be removed, also any of the parts can't be used or damaged deliberately.
05. How to deal with the responsibility when the goods are in transportation
Youwould bear the full responsibility for shortage of goods if the goods are checked by any custom during transportation. If goods are lost because of having been detained by custom in China, all loss thus occurred should be borne by JQX; if missing or detained of goods are occurred in other country except China, all loss should be borne by you.
