2. I would prefer mix different designs in one order, can I do and how should we process?
Yes, we welcome mix different designs or various colors in one order. We can discuss through email and we usually send P/I with all details for approval.
3. How long does it take for you to process my order?
For items in stock, we usually effect shipment in 3 days. For items out of stock, or new production required, we usually need 2 weeks to process.
4. Who would pay for Customs Duties?
Buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties and local fee. Please verify with your Customs or Express agents before confirm your purchase.
5. What is your product warrenty?
You can enjoy 1 year warrenty for almost of our products.
6. What is your return policy?
We will do our best on controling quality and logistics. However, complication tends to happen on international orders. If you do not receive your order on time or if you are not satisfied with our product quality or quantity problems, please contact us as soon as you receive the parcel. The request of returns must be made within 5 days upon order receipts.
