        A:It depends on real situation.If it's an obvious problem,we will assume responsibility or u can contact Aliaba E-platform for middle judgement.

       A:It depend on real situation.If it's not big trouble or easy to be done,we would like to cooperate with your printed logo request;If you have big volume,we can open your private mould free,but if volume is small,the mould cost will be on customers account.
