Ø It is compatible with different thickness, shape, sizes of film rolls, and can inflate both air cushion rolls and bubble wrapping rolls.

Ø Super stable performance. It is stable and quiet while inflating, no noise will be caused.

Ø Equipped with safety protection, the machine has long life span and will automatically shut down in case of current overload.

MACHINE SETTINGS:

1. Plug in and turn on.

2. Put the air packaging film roll on the feed roller.

3. Pull out the film roll and wind through the long and medium rollers.

4. Place the film air inlet into the inflating tube of the machine, lift up one end of the heat block slightly and then pull the film to the rubber wheel.

5. Adjust the relevant inflatable parameters, press the START button to automate the inflating.

Length: 200-600m/roll

Distance between perforated lines: 10cm, 12cm, 15cm, 20cm, 30cm, 28.6cm. (Before Inflating)

Thickness: Single layer 20um/25um/30um/35um or customized.

Diameter of paper core: 50mm/ 76mm or customized.
