Size is a very important part for costume, especially for online retail supplier.   Many sellers here or Chinese factories are using Asian Size table because they also sell in China or they buy from Chinese supplier, it is not suitable for customers in America, Europe, Autralia, Africa, also not suitable for retailer.

As a company only supply for foreign customers, our customers mainly from North America, Europe, Australia, and Africa, our customer keeping send us feedback about the size and we improving from the start, now our size table is very suitable for customers from our markets. If you supplier for bigger people and want to make some change in your size table, we can also do for you.  In order to make your purchase easier, our size table shows both EU & US size,  you can choose the size suitable for your market.

Delivery time

 For custom order, delivery tim is normally 18~25 days after sample and payment cofirmed; If buy stock, we will send in 2 days after payment confirmed.

Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?

   A: We are manufacturer with design team.

Q2: How long can I get my products after payment?

 A: About 5~10 days after payment confirm for stock item; for the items we dont have in stock, we will tell according to our production schedule.

Q3: Can I make with my logo / label?

   A: Depends on the quantity you ordered, order more than 100 pcs in total, we can ask the tailor shop to replace the label for you, but you need to pay for the label and tailor fee; if you place custom order , MOQ 35 pcs / color / design, we can make with your logo.

Q4: How can I get the right size and color I want ?

   A: Pls check and compare our size table and your size table before payment, if there is any question, contact our customer service, and it is manual measurement, may have 1~3cm difference; and because of the light condition when taking photo and be shown in different screen, the products also have slight color difference, it is normal in garment industry, not belong to quality problem.

    A:More than 500 people

Q6:Can I have a sample to check quality  and fit ? Is there nay fee?
    A: Sample fee is required before place order; pre-production sample is free if place order.

Q7:How can I get guarantee for my goods quality and payment ?
