Q1: What is your shipping terms ? How much should I pay for the shipment ?

A1: To make sure all the buyers could get the parcel in time and 
safely. most of our parcels are send by DHL. FedEx. UPS. 
Different shipping way are with different price. please tell me which shpment terms you would like to take. so that I can quote you the shipping cost.

Q2: May I have a sample order first?

A2: Sure. we will offer you a A4 SIZE free sample to check our quality. but you should pay the shipping for that. However. we suggest you buy 5 yards first is better. because after you check it. you also use it to make the clothes. Meanwhile we will also send you some small piece sample together with your goods.

Q3: What is your MOQ?

A3: 1) As lace. the MOQ is 50 yards(in stock) / 500 yards(out of stock).

 2) As water soluble lace. the MOQ is 30 yards(in stock) /120 yards(out of stock).
3) As lace trimming,the MOQ is 300 yards.
4) As water soluble trimming. the MOQ is 105 yards.

Q4: If the product I bought from you have quality issues, what should I do?

A4: The goods before we ship out will be checked whether it is in good condition. if not. we won’t ship to our customer. And if it turns out got quality issues. pls kindly take pictures of those defect items to us lso that we can check it out.If there are indeed quality issures. We will offer you the compensation.Please note. if you could not contact me over a month. I am so sorry maybe I could not help you. because we will update our information in a month.If you neet to return goods to us. we will send you our address. but you should afford the shipping fee. and when we receive the good. we can refund you the money after our negotiation.Please feel free to contact us for the demand of our products.
