The FST800-14 Firstrate Manufacturer Stainless steel Piezoresistive Pressure Sensor Chips is a silicon piezoresistive sensor based on MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) technology. It is a pressure measurement core with high stability and high accuracy. It is packaged by the pressure chips of the internationally renowned manufacturers; the external pressure through 316L stainless steel diaphragm and the internal filling of silicone oil transmit to the sensitive components, can be used to measure all compatible with 316L stainless steel pressure medium. Each sensor has been carried out a strict zero and full temperature compensation at the factory, to ensure the accuracy of measurement in complex environments. The sensor provides two kinds of power supply options: constant current source and constant voltage source. (see technical parameters and selection table). |

Pressure sensor works at minimum pressure to maximum pressure (positive stroke) and maximum pressure to minimum pressure (back stroke) pressure cycle, the pressure range of the output pressure at any pressure in the positive stroke and the anti-stroke deviation; 3. Same test method with item 2, proceed 3 times of the positive and negative pressure trip ; 4. Over the compensated temperature range with respect to 25°C 5.
