Vinification::
The wine is made by blending selected wine materials "Cabernet- Sauvignon" and «Matrasa» obtained by the classical technology, followed by processing, careful filtration and bottling.
Alcohol: 10 - 12%
Colour: Dark cherry
Bouquet and gustatory palette:
The wine has a fruity aroma with the notes of ripe cherry, plum, mixed with the hints of spices. The tones of grape jam with a long and delicate finish are sensed in the soft and elegant palater.
Accompaniment:
The wine goes well with poultry dishes, veal tenderloin on the grill. The wine is served at a temperature of +14... +18 °C.
