Yes, we have the fireplace core to sell only, but we recommend to put it into the wall because it will look more elegant.

4. Can you insert a wall mount electric fireplace into an actual fireplace that is not in use?

Theoretically, you could. But, the job would likely require a bit of custom work to finish out the installation to make the two fireplaces appear flush with one another.

5. Can I replace my old electric fireplace core when it doesn’t work few years after?

Yes, you can. You just need to give us the model number or measure the size of the core for us, we have plenty of fireplace core suitable for an old electric fireplace.

6. I need a wall mount fireplace core for decoration my new house but I have checked your products without my suitable size, what can I do?

We accept customize size, you just need to provide us the width,depth,height for the wall, we can make it according to your requirement, but we have moq for customize fireplace. 

7. I like one of your model fireplace but I don’t want that color, can you change the color for me to match my room color?

Yes we can, but we will charge the extra for the changes.
