Feininger graphite hotpor EPS particle is this kind of particle, transferred by foaming agent and flame retardant by twin-screw mixing, which are dispersed in polystyrene melt with extrusion system, underwater pelletizing system prepared the diameter of 0.6-1.8mm.

In 1995, BASF Germany company developed the new graphite EPS, which has low thermal conductivity , high flame retardant properties. Since 2000,it is promoted in the Europe developed countries, and gradually monopoly the global high-end market in the field of energy-saving industry area.
