1 Brief Introduction:

 Jaw crusher is most widely used crushing machine in the international market.Its crushing cavity is composed of two jaw plates: movable jaw plate and fixed jaw plate which simulate the movement of animals' two plates to complete the crushing process. It is widely used in mining, smelting, building material, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industry to crush the various ores and medium-grained bulk materials. The maximum compressive strength of the material to be broken is 320Mpa.

2 Working principle: 

 Motor drives Vbelt and belt pulley to make moving jaw do periodic motion by eccentric shaft. Moving jaw moves upwards to the fixed jaw when angle between toggle plate and moving jaw increases, so materials are crushed in this process. Moving jaw moves downwards from fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring when angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases, so the final crushed materials are discharged from the outlet.  The moving jaw moves periodically according to the eccentric shaft movement, and the materials entering the crushing chamber are crushed and discharged continually.
