Applications of Limestone Disk Feeder Machine
Limestone disk feeder machine is also called disc feeder, table feeder, disk feeding machine, which is a cubage measuring feeding equipment; it supplies materials to the next procedure evenly and continuously; at the same time, it can bear relatively higher pressure. Disk feeder is a fine powdery material feeder suitable for non-cohesive materials like coal powder, cement, chamotte, limestone, shale, gangue and clunch.
Limestone disk feeder machine is widely used in gold concentrator, coal mine, chemical plant, construction and foundry for quantitative and even feeding.
Disk feeder machine is also used for feeding in material warehouse and bottom of warehouse.
Generally, the hopper shall be ordered separately.
Working Principle of Limestone Disk Feeding Machine
There are a gap of 50mm and a blade between the hopper and the disk. When the disc runs, the materials smaller than 50mm will go through the gap, and the blade will stop them from running with the disk and then push them to the outlet.
