1. Can we get sample from you,samples are free or not and what's the sample time?

We are honored to offer you samples. Samples’charges are according to the quantity and value. For example,If just severaldisposable products,samples are free for you,clients are expected to pay for the courier cost.Sample time is usually 7 

working days.But if the items are in our stock,we can arrange the samples by air freight asap.

2. How we can have samples?

We can help to arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT etc., to have the samples collected;

 Or you can advise us the accounts of your own couriers in China.

3. Can the sample fees be refunded? 

Yes, when customers places orders, the sample fees can offset the mass production payment. 

4. Do you have similar samples in your company? 

Yes, most of products we have samples displayed in our showroom, and you are always welcome to visit our showroom and have a one-stop purchasing! 

5.If I am interested in your products, but we have own artworks,can you design based on our artworks?

Yes, customers can send us their artworks,then our professional designers can have design accordingly.
