2. Description of tomato paste processing machine
(1) Description of the production line
Shanghai Goldcheer Machinery Co.,Ltd specializes in designing,manufacturing and installation tomato paste /Mango Paste production line which can also process blackberry puree,
strawberry puree, blueberry puree, apple puree, apricot paste, carrot paste, onion paste. chili paste and many other fruit jam.Tomato paste/Mango Paste production line is equipped with elevator, washing system.,sorting system, crushing system, pre-heater system, pulping system, vacuum concentration system,sterilizing system and aseptic filling system.
Tomato paste/Mango Paste machines are equipped with capacity of 60t/day, 150t/day, 300t/day, 500t/day, 600t/day, 800t/day,1000t/day, and 1500t/day.
Tomato paste equipment can get final products with brix 28-30%, 30-32%, 36-38% or customized.
Tomato paste re-packing line adopts advanced vacuum mixing system which can guarantee good color and taste of products.

(3)Main Characteristic of the line:
1.This line includes multi-function crushing machine, which can produce onion paste, carrot paste, chili paste, apple paste and many other fruit jam.
2.Because of the following factors such as crushing action, ultra-low temperature evaporating(single-effect evaporating temperature is 68),the two-effect and two-section structure makes staying time of the material is short in evaporator, the lycopene and other nutrition of paste has little loss than other equal equipment, the L valve is also higher than other equipment such as three-effect and three-section, three-effect and four-section.
3.The electricity consumption is less than 400KW/H than other equipments with equal capacity.
4. It can cut down the steam consumption because the vacuum evaporator has the second time steam callback system of the steam coagulation water
5.The filling machine adopts style of dial up and down other than production pipe rotary and the filling head up and down, which can avoid the second polluting because of the bad sealing in the part of rotary axes.......
6. The screen of the pulping machine is taper, the clearance could be adjusted, also could be frequency conversion and timing, which makes the production easy to squeeze.
