DSA-SK Series Ultrasonic Cleaner

The SK-type cleaner adopts digital display timing function as well as heating temperature function, it’s simple and easy. The SK-type cleaner is applied to cleaning any kind of materials, and customers directly adjust time and temperature.

Operation Instruction

1. Put the unit on a stable and flat working platform
2. Place the cleaning subject in the basket
3. Fill the tank with water to completely immerse the cleaning subject. For the best cleaning result,

water shall be up to 1/2 to 2/3 of nominated tank volume
4. Add small amount of detergent
5. Connect the power
6. Press (ON/OFF) to turn on the machine:
When the display window on the right side shows “00”, ultrasonic cleaner is standby and the indicator

light is off; press time setting key “+5”, the ultrasonic cleaning indicate light turns on, the Timer begins

to count down and ultrasonic cleaner starts to clean.When the Timer counts down to“00”,the ultrasonic

stops automatically and the indicator light turns off.
7.Set Time:
a) On the panel, there are two keys (“+1” “-1”) for time setting. Press “+1” once, the ultrasonic cleaning

time will add one minute, and press “-1” once, the time will reduce one minute
b) Time setting range: 01-30 minutes

1.What’s Ultrasonic ?

Generally speaking, ultrasonic refers to the sound wave with frequency larger than 20 KHz which is beyond the upper limit of human ear. Ultrasonic is characterized by strong beam property and being easy to collect energy

through focusing. Ultrasonic is also an energy form, and when the intensity exceeds a certain value, it can affect, change and damage the state,character and structure of matters through its interaction with sound bearing medium (commonly called ultrasonic power).

2.Ultrasonic Cleaner’s Working Principle

A. Formation
Ultrasonic cleaner mainly consists of ultrasonic generator, circuit controller, transducer and cleaning tank.
B. Working Principle
Ultrasonic generator output oscillation power signal of ultrasonic frequency which is then through changed into mechanical oscillation with high frequency by transducer; next,the oscillation is introduced into cleaning liquid,causing the cleaning liquid to produce ultrasonic cavitation effect which can generate tens of thousands of tiny bubbles which are formed at the negative pressure region and fast closed in the positive pressure region;the closed bubbles form ten thousands of instant high pressure of small pressures, and the continuously generated instant high pressure is like a sequence of small 'explosion' to impact the clearances on the surface of object,causing various pollutant sticking to the surface of object to flake off so as to realize the purpose of cleaning.
