Application:
This is one of the most commonly used alloy quenched and tempered steel, used in manufacturing bear under moderate load and medium speed operating conditions of mechanical parts, such as automotive steering knuckles, gears and rear axle on the machine shaft, worm, spline shaft, top sets, and also may be quenched after high-frequency surface hardening for manufacturing a high surface hardness and wear resistance without great impact parts. Such as gears, sleeves, shafts, spindles, mandrels, pins, connecting rod bolt, intake valves, etc.. It can also be hardened, medium or low temperature tempering. And it can be manufactured heavy duty parts, and is suitable for manufacturing Oxycarbonitride permeation treatment of various transmission parts, such as large diameter and good low temperature toughness requirements gears and shafts .

The hollow bar is supplied with 3.1.B inspection certificate,according to the standards EN 10204 and ISO 10474.
Identification and Marking:
The hollow bar is marked in indelible ink, the details being repeated along the entire length of each tube and on a label, as follows:
Manufacturer’s trademark – manufacturing standard – dimensions -steel grade – supply condition – cast no. – item number.
Packaging:
The hollow bar comes in strapped bundles. The minimum weight of each bundle is 2000kg; the maximum bundle weight being 5000kg, with a minimum of 4 pieces
