1. The information required for the quotation?
Usually, there are five factors required to calculate a exact price according to
♦ BOX STYLE - You can send us sample box pictures or draft drawing for reference
♦ SIZE of the box - Length x Width x Height
♦ Material of the box - Corrugated cardboard, art paper, Ivory cardboard, duplex board, or other material.
♦ PRINTING of the box – Do you need it to be Flexo Printing or Offset Printing, or you can send me the printing design pictures you want then we can check it for you.
♦ How many such product you need – We can also price you different quantities for your reference.
2. If I don’t have the sample box picture and the specific size, I just want to pack my products inside and this is my first to buy this packaging box, then how to get the prices?
In this case, please tell us the specification of the products you want to put inside of this paper box, and we will recommend you the accordingly box style and size for your /confirm/iation, and then calculate the price according to that for you.
3. How soon I can get the prices?
We will send you the exact prices once worked out, and try our best to send you the quotation on the day you send us the enquiry. And if there is any specific requirement for the pricing deadline, please let us know and we will see what we can do.
4. Can I get a sample before the production?
Sure, we can make the sample for your approval before the whole production. Also it depend if you need the BLAK SAMPLE to just check the box style and cardboard material quality or need the PRINTED SAMPLE to check the final production quality.
If need the blank sample, we can make it free for you.
If need the final printed sample, it will take some plate cost. But don’t worry, this cost will re-funded to you once place the order.
5. What kind of artwork need for making the printing?
You can send us the editable PDF or AI files, and please make sure all the Texts and Graphics on the artworks are CURVED/OUTLINED.
6. How long are the sample time and the lead time for the mass production?
Usually, it will take 5-7 days to complete the samples, and 7-12 days to finish the mass production. But according to the complexity and the order quantity, the lead time for the mass production will increase accordingly.
7. How do you pack these products when delivery?
Usually, there are below options for you
♦ Master Carton;
♦ Bundles with Kraft paper wrapped;
♦ Bundles on the plastic pallet, the whole wrapped with the plastic film
