Q1: What is preserved flower?
Preserved flower are flowers that have been picked at their most beautiful and ripest stage and then dipped in a non-toxic, drying compound that draws out their moisture preserving them and giving them long-lasting life.

Q2: How do you control the quality for us?
We do three times 100% QC during production, first time is after we get the fresh flowers, second time is during production, third time is before packing to make sure the each flowers are high quality.

Q3: Can we order some samples before placing the preserved fresh roses order?
Yes, samples are available, we are welcome to send samples to you to evaluate before placing order. 

Q4: Support OEM/ODM?
A: Yes, we have a professional R&D team to support you to develop new products. If you need to put your logo on our products, we can customized the packaging for you.

Q5: How to store the flowers?
A: Do not put in outdoor or under sunlight, do not watering or touching it. Use cool wind to blow the dust slightly. If there's strong humidity, can put a desccative in a container. Suitable condition: Humidity 40% - 70%, temperature 4℃ - 30℃

Q6: How to pay?
A: 30% deposit to be paid when place order, balance to be paid before shipment. Payment to our HSBC bank account.

Q7: How to get the products?
A: We ship the goods by express like DHL or airfreight depends on the quantity, we will choose the economic way to help you save shipping cost unless you need fast delivery.

Q8: How to prepare shipping documents?
A: We will prepare commercial invoice and packing list and send to you before shipment, if there’s customs declaration documents or other documents needed, we can handle it for you, if there’s extra cost needed, we will inform you in advance.

Q9: Will the products damage during transportation?
A: We will do drop test before shipment to make sure the shipping carton is strong enough during transportation. If the products damage during transportation, we will investigate the responsibility and find solutions for you depends on the case.

Q10: Packaging(Does this product come with retail package?)
A: Yes, our flowers are packed in a window box with blister, the window box is with our logo, if you need the window box with your logo, we can also customized for you.
