Our graphite anodes plate are making from high quality low ash raw materials under the impregnation and high temperature graphitization ,which are made in strict accordance with “black metallurgy industry standard of People‘s Republic of China ”.The physical and chemical specifications are better than YB / T 5053-1997 regulations. They are mainly used in the electrolysis and electroplating industries.
Graphite anode plate can be divided into bar class and board class by geometry; superior level and first class level by a physical and chemical specification.
Graphite anode plate can be processed according to customer drawings.
Features and Usages
1. With the strength of high thermal resistance, good electrical and heat conductivity, easy to be machined , good chemical stability ,acid and alkali resistance, low ash content, etc.
2. Used in electrolysis of aqueous solution to produce chlorine and caustic soda, used in salt solution to produce alkali. For example, the graphite anode plate can be used as the conductive anode of the electrolytic salt solution to produce caustic soda.
3. Graphite anode plate can be used as the conductive anode of the electroplating industry, it is an ideal material for a variety of plating; plating products are smooth, delicate, wear, corrosion resistance, high brightness, not easy to fade etc.
