2. How about the quality of the magnets?

We have the certification of TS16949 QC080000 ISO14001 and ISO9001,

We are willing to provide NdFeB permanent magnets in different specifications, shapes and size to all customers on the base of good quality

3. What's your minimum order quantity?

Both small order and bulk order are available. But we can give more discount on big order, that means you can pay less on one piece.                                                                                                                                                                                        

4. How about the payment term? 

We adopt T/T and L/C. About T/T, 30% T/T in advance as deposit,70% balance payment before shipment. If  you need other payment term, please contact us.                                                                                                                                                          

5. What information do I need to supply when I have a inquiry or customized requirement?

a. Dimensions or drawing with tolerances.

b. Material grade, working temperature or magnetic properties.

c. Quantity and delivery terms.

d. Surface coating (If necessary).

e. Magnetic direction.

6. What about the price?

As we know, the price of the products depends on the quality of the products. We can give you the best price of each products with high quality and good service.

7. How long will you deliver sample and bulk order?

We can send sample to our clients in 3 days if we have products in the stock. If not, around 5 days for sample and 20 days for bulk order.
