2.We want to custom with our logo/design, which format of files is better?

AI,EPS,PNG, JPG or PDF files is okay. Also, your hand drawing is accepted. We will make your idea to be true products.

3.Do you provide samples?

Yes,our stock samples is free.

If making samples of your design, mold charge is needed, we will keep well your mould.

4.Do I need to pay mold charge again when make reorders?

No, you do not need to pay again. We will keep well your moulds for 5 years. During this period,

Mold charge is not needed.

5.Do you accept urgent orders?

Yes,we do. Please let me know when you need the items, orders will be arranged flexible.

6.When I received wrong items, what should I do?

Do not worry about it.Please contact the person who is in charge of your order.

We will remake the items or give discount for your next order or send back your refunds (importantly, please send back the items)
